Gers u15s qualify for Quarter Finals

Gers u15 boys gave a towering performance to defeat Glen Emmets away in the last Championship group game to top the group on score difference.

Gers and Glen Emmets swapped points early on before Gers began getting a stranglehold at midfield and playing fast moving football managed to score 4 goals in 1st half. Glen Emmets fought back with a goal early in the 2nd half but Gers scored next 2 points and with our defence holding firm, the lads manged out game well in last 10 mins adding another goal to leave

Final score 5.09 to 1.06

Quarter final is due to be next Monday in Gers. Fixture and opposition TBC.
