Gers U15 boys just fall short in C’ship semi final
Despite a brave effort Gers u15 boys just fell short in their C’ship A semi final v O’Connells/Stabannon/John Mitchels in Dowdallshill on Saturday.
The combination side got off to a whirlwind start with two quick fire goals inside the first 10 mins. The Gers then battled back with the help of the breeze to play some fine football to lead 1-7 to 2-3 at half time.
O’Connells/Stabannon/John Mitchels side battled back with the aid of the elements and it was nip and tuck in a really entertaining game until the combination side goaled 5 mins from time. Try as they might the Gers couldn’t bridge the gap of 3 points.
Thanks to the whole panel who have given great dedication and commitment during the year 👏👏 the future is bright for these lads.
