Just two days after overcoming Newtown Blues in the League, the Gers U14 team took to the road again in the Feile Qualifier Semi Final against The Fechins.

On a windy night at Beaulieu, the Gers played with the breeze in the first half and by half time were leading by 1-6 to 1-1, with scores coming from midfield and the forward line. Second half the lads did what was asked of them and kept the pressure on adding another 2-6 to finish the game 3-12 to 2-4. There were some excellent performances all round with some great open play in what was a very physical encounter.

We will be looking to do it all again against Oliver Plunketts in the final on Monday in Darver at 7pm. All support appreciated!
