Na Gearaltaigh CLG “I gcroilá an phobail- At the heart of the community”

A Chairde,

Na Gearaltaigh CLG, following the example of many other clubs, will not be able to hold an AGM this year, so it is our intention to carry on as things are until we are in a position to do so. This is in line with directions from Pairc an Chrocaigh.

As Covid-19 restrictions have ensured that 2020 was a year like no other, we will share our Chairman’s/Secretary’s report on our social media sites & our treasurers report will be available to view in person when restrictions allow.

All current committee members have indicated their willingness to serve for another year and we are particularly grateful for that continuity. Anyone else who would like to serve on the Club’s committee should inform the club secretary by email and these applications will be considered by the sitting committee at the earliest opportunity. Likewise, any matters that would be normally dealt with by way of motions should be submitted in writing/email to our club secretary for consideration by the 2021 club committee. Such motions and requests to join the committee should be received by Paula by Sunday 17th January.

As 2020 has finished we say a sincere go raibh maith agaibh to all our members who have helped us in any way to fulfil our place “I gcroilár an phobail-At the heart of the community”. We trust and pray that 2021 will see a return to some sort of normality which will see us all back in McGeough Park watching our National games & supporting all our teams.
