The u8 boys made the short trip to a blitz at Louth Gaa Centre of Excellence in Darver last night. This was the first time that the boys played under floodlights where the Gers lads fielded 2 teams in matches against Glen Emmets, Naomh Finbarr, Sean McDermotts, O'Connells, St Mochtas and Oliver Plunketts. There were some great moments of play from the 16 lads who togged out, with excellent skills and determination shown by all. The Gers boys kicked some impressive scores and it was great to see the boys using the skills developed during the recent training sessions!

Well done to all the players and thanks to Ógsport Lú for hosting the first of 5 winter blitzes at Darver.
