Our Ladies Junior team followed up last week's win with another impressive team performance against Newtown Blues at McGeough Park.

Anna Hughes was solid in goal again and distributed the ball well with the defence working hard to close out the opposition with Faye Tinsley and Sarah Morgan on top form and Leah Hughes a commanding presence at the heart of defence.

Eimear Fee worked tirelessly in midfield and the forwards worked the ball well with Louise Corcoran in top-scoring form aided by Zoe Stewart who was key to much of the scores in the 1st half.

Ava Kiernan and Grace Rodgers came on for the second half and were constant threats up front along with Fionnuala Cafferty while Leah McArdle got through a huge amount of work in both attack and defence.
