U9 Autumn Blitz 1 Darver 20th September 2023

The Geraldines U9 travelled to the Centre of Excellence in Darver on a pleasant Wednesday evening to participate in the first of five All County Blitzes. The Gers, fielding three teams, played games against, St. Pats, Glen Emmetts, St. Brides, St. Joesphs, Newtown Blues, St. Nicks, St. Kevins, and Hunterstown.

The focus was on pass and move and disciplined tackling. The lads demonstrated this in spades and management were happy with their performances in all their games.

All players received equal game time and all went home with a smile on their faces.

The blitzes continue next Wednesday 27th September and have taken the place of training on Wednesday evenings.
