We are pleased to confirm that the Geraldines are participating in the 2024 Irish Life Steps Challenge. 

The campaign started yesterday and runs for five weeks. Participants in the programme log their steps/distance daily in the Irish Life MyLife app.

The target is for clubs to reach a total of 4,000Km by the end of the campaign to be entered into a draw to win prize money/funding for your club. This is the equivalent of 25 members walking 4.5 per day for the campaign's duration.

You can become a participant by following the instructions in the flyer below. Download and register for the MyLife App, select Challenges then Leinster as your province and Geraldines as your club and your activity will contribute to the Gers total. Seeing our club members get involved in the campaign would be great. It's a good way to get fit(er) and support the club.

After two days of the campaign, Gers members have logged a modest 55Km and we currently sit 228th out of approx 300 clubs that are participating in Leinster. Every Step Counts so let's get walking and moving up the Leinster leaderboard!
