Geraldines Senior Ladies player Holly Lambe Sally played a vital part in Louths 1-06 to 1-10 victory over Antrim.
Louth overcame a two point half-time deficit to record a four point win away to Louth in their Division 3 opening game.
Antrim were ahead by four in the 40th minute but Louth staged a comeback. There was just one point between them coming into the final minutes. Points from Micha Rooney and Niamh Rice edged Louth ahead before a Ciara Woods goal at the end sealed the win.
Congrats to Holly and the Louth panel on this important first game of the season victory. Eilis Hand who is currently recovering from an ACL injury was present at the game with the panel as she continues to make her way to a full recovery later on this year.
