Before heading to Paris to compete as the sighted pilot for blind cyclist Katie-George Dunlevy in the Paralympic Games Eve McCrystal came to the Geraldines to wish our senior players Holly Lambe Sally and Eilis Hand the best of luck in the TG4 All Ireland Junior Football Championship Final.

Eve is in her final weeks of preparing for the Paralympics and her daughter Nessa plays with Geraldine’s Under 16 Girls competing in the Louth LGFA Under Sixteen A Championship Semi-Final against St. Patricks this Wednesday.

We want to thank Eve for stopping by to wish our girls luck for this Sunday and we wish her all the best as she aims to earn another gold medal at this Summer's Paralympic Games.
