U10 All County Blitz, Darver, Wednesday 28th August 2024
Louth Coaching and games hosted an All-County Blitz in Darver on a beautiful late summers evening. The Geraldines U10’s travelled with 28 players, and thankfully were facilitated in fielding 3 teams. We are the only club in the county in a positon to do this. This meant that subs were limited and all lads getting maximum game time.
Our teams played against teams from Na Piarsaigh Dundalk, St. Joes, Cooley, Stabannon, Wolfe Tones and Roche.
Team management were happy with the lad’s performances. Our key focus this week was tracking the man when we don’t have the ball, and moving the ball to a player in a better position at all times.
The lads have a busy week coming up with another blitz on Monday 2nd in the Gers, training on Wednesday 4th in the Gers and a trip to Cooley for a blitz on Saturday 7th Sept.
