Gers U15 boys qualify for Championship A Semi Final
Gers u15 boys gave another fine performance to defeat Clan na nGael at home in the Championship Quarter Final on Monday night.
Gers took control of the contest early on scoring a fine team goal in the first few minutes and kept tagging on the points as the lads showed great work ethic, shooting some fine scores. The tenacity in the tackle and overall team play was impressive as we scored more goals to build up a half time lead of 5-11 to 1-00
In the second half the Clans fought back with a goal of their own whilst we added two more to leave a Final score of 7.14 to 2.01. Well done to the full panel who have been putting in great effort at training.
It was great to see so many Gers supporters in McGeough Park to cheer on the lads.
Semi final is due to be played Saturday week 28th v Glen Emmets.
