To All Geraldines GFC Club Members / Committee & Sub-Committee Members / Adult Players / Parents of Underage Players 

The 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Geraldines GFC will take place on Monday 24th November at 7:30 pm in the Geraldines Clubhouse. You are invited to have your say and become involved in any way possible to help the continued development of the club.  

All club members, committee & sub-committee members, adult players, parents of underage players and interested individuals are encouraged to attend, in person, as the AGM provides an opportunity for you to actively engage in guiding the direction of our club for future seasons. 

All Club Committee positions apart from those appointed by the out-going committee are open for nominations. If you wish to nominate a member for a position, please first seek their agreement and complete a Club Committee Nominations Form duly signed by the person being nominated and the person submitting the nomination. 

 You are also asked to consider and put forward any motions and/or recommendations that you would like discussed at the AGM. Completed Motion Forms must be completed and duly signed by the person proposing the motion(s). 

 Club Committee Nomination Forms and Motions Forms can be requested from the Club Secretary via email (secretary.geraldines.louth@gaa.ie).
An electronic copy of the forms is also attached with this notice. 

All completed Nominations and Motions forms must be submitted to the Club Secretary no later than 6:00pm on Monday 10th November 2025  via email to

 Please note only fully paid Adult Members are eligible to nominate or be elected. In addition, only fully paid Adult Members on 31/03/24 are eligible to vote at the AGM. As normal, a member must be present at the AGM if they are seeking election (i.e. they cannot be elected in absentia).
