Great excitement has been simmering through the Gers Camp this week. Our u8 boys are looking forward to their trip to Croke Park this Sunday to take part in 'Croke Park Play & Stay Experience 2019'. This event has been organised by Leinster GAA & what an opportunity for our young boys to play on the hallowed turf of our iconic stadium!

The Gers will field 2 teams of u8 boys & will play 2 teams from St Ultans/Cortown Gaels (Meath). Afterwards they get to do an interactive tour of the GAA Museum.

It's been a busy 2019 so far for this age group as they've participated in Óg Spórt Lú indoor blitzes in DKIT Sports every Saturday in February & have since practiced diligently in DKIT Sports every Thursday for the last 6 weeks in preparation for Sunday.

These boys are a great bunch, who work hard, have great dedication & commitment as a team.

Sunday will give them memories to last a lifetime & hopefully inspire all boys to get back to Croker at some stage in the sporting career again.
