This weeks Flashback Friday is a long standing tradition in our Parish. As you see in the note whenever the Gers won a major championship, St. Fursey's N.S. would give a half day to their pupils the following Friday.

You can see this is from 1995 when the Gers bet Mattock Rangers in the Intermediate Championship.
