There was no sign of any of the forecasted rain as the U8s boys hosted an 8-team blitz in the sunshine on Sunday morning. The Gers fielded two teams who each played 3 games with equal game time for all. The boys put on a great performance on their first day out against well organised teams from St Brides, na Piarsaigh and Sean O Mahonys. Both Gers teams competed very strongly, played extremely well and showed great respect for all. A great days work. Well done to all the boys for a great team performance. Many thanks to coaches, covid officer, parents and visiting teams who helped make a very enjoyable day out for all. Looking forward to many more days like this in the coming years. #NGA
