The Gers U9s were in competitive action lastnight on a lovely warm sunny evening in Churchtown Ardee. The Gers fielded two strong teams with 18 players in total pulling on the green Jersey and played against hosts Sean McDermotts Kilkerley, Dowdalshill and Wolfe Tones .The boys continued to show huge improvements since their last blitz, with some great blocking, near hand tackling, passing and some excellent score taking. All the training is really paying off with the players improving greatly across the board.
