Congratulations to Gers representative Jamie Soraghan who put in a significant shift in midfield in the first of two semi finals for the squad, beating Tipperary on their home patch to set up a final with the tournament hosts Cork in a few weeks.

The second tournament semi-final is on Saturday next against Carlow, and Cian Spaight, Cillian Lynch, Oliver Begley and Shea Neary are due to line out in that match.
