GERALDINES GFC CLUB NOTES - MONDAY 08 AUGUST 2022

The Senior Men secured their Division 1 status with a home victory against the Dreadnots on Saturday evening, winning by a single point with a final score of 3-11 to 2-13. Next Saturday the Men are away to St. Fechins with a 7.30 pm throw in.

Our Senior Ladies had a convincing win away to Stabannon on Wednesday evening in Division 1 of the league but would suffer defeat to Cooley on Sunday morning. On Friday night the Ladies have a home fixture against Kilkerley in the Junior B Competition, throw in is at 7.30 pm.

The Geraldines Walking Club continues on Monday evening from 7 – 8 pm as we Walk and Talk in the Gers. Come along and bring a friend or two with you. Registration @ 6.55 pm at the main gate.

The Gers are running their ‘Wear in the World’ summer jersey photo competition. If you are away on holidays, at an event or happen to meet someone famous, make sure to have your Gers colours on and to send us in a photo.
