In wet/testing conditions a very closely contested and robust game was played in Terminfeckin.

Our boys were leading by a single point at half time, second period was a very physical one both teams showing plenty of metal. On the night S Neary was outstanding in the heart of defence,O'Callaghan in Goal, Fanning and Taggart, also great work rate from Broe playing at 6, midfield bossed the first half, eventually tired legs allowed the opposition to get back to level terms, Clune, Soraghan, Lynch and Spaight worked ferociously in the attack. All said its the first game the boys played this season, attitude was first class. Well done to all involved
